P E R S I S T E N C E

I recently faced the fact that a lot of people around me were facing mental health issues. All of them I love dearly. It saddens my heart. I have struggled with this off and on as well. Every one of us struggles in one form or other, for whatever reason. The easiest way out seems to be to give up. It's an attractive out as opposed to facing the demons. But those demons will keep coming back if we don't face them. I am learning that giving up is actually the harder way out...because it takes us to a circular route and we keep coming back to where we started. No matter how long it takes and how hard the journey may be ...please be PERSISTENT and you will see how strong you are. You are precious and also loved. <3 Also tell your loved ones how important they are for you.
